How do I use the size and style recommendation tool? (size to fit)The size and style recommendation tool is broken down by men, women and children. You would first identify your height and then your chest or waist measurements.

Can I get the jogger with a different size for the pants from the top?Unfortunately, sets cannot be purchased with different sizes for the top versus the bottom. The items would need to be purchased separately with the desired sizes.

Can I change my delivery address?Any changes to the delivery address of your order must be communicated to us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the delivery address.

Can I exchange my order if it is not the right fit?We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from LYBL Designs. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer free returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your item. ​ ​LYBL Designs will always provide a prototype for review and approval prior to final production. Therefore, custom made orders are eligible for return or exchange on a case-by-case basis. ​ ​Items must be in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team and we'll be happy to assist you.

How do I process a return?Custom made orders are not eligible for return or exchange. ​ We will provide an exchange for items that were purchased and determined to be the incorrect size. ​Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Is there an additional charge for customization?Yes. All custom orders are subject to additional charges depending on the level of detail requested.

Can I provide a picture of the desired image?Yes. If there is a specific design in mind, please forward the design by email to lyblonpurpose@gmail.com. Please include your name and order number in the subject line.

Can I customize the front and back of the item?Yes. The customization details should provide requested information for the front, back, and sleeves.

Will I be able to review the design before it is shipped?The LYBL design staff will send an email with the design product for approval within 3-5 business days after receipt of the order. Production of the item will not occur until the final approval is received from the customer.

Can I make a change to my order after it has been approved?Once the final approval is received from the customer, no additional changes can be made as final production will occur within 24 hours of receipt of said approval.
