Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from LYBL On Purpose.

We will always provide a prototype for your review and approval prior to final production. Therefore, custom made orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

We will provide an exchange for items that were purchased and determined to be the incorrect size. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team and we'll be happy to assist you.
